• "Organizer" refers to users who create events through the Services.
• "Attendee" refers to users who participate in events created through the Services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services.
• By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Users must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of their account.
• Accounts are non-transferable and intended for personal use only.

4. Event Creation and Management

• Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event details, including schedules, locations, and ticket availability.
• Organizers must ensure that their events comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• ExpoMate reserves the right to remove events that violate our policies.

5. Ticketing and Payments

• All payments are processed through Stripe; we do not store payment details.
• Refunds are subject to the event organizer's policies. ExpoMate is not liable for disputes between organizers and attendees.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated or if the buyer provides an email address during checkout for each ticket.

6. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Refrain from uploading or sharing harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others.

ExpoMate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

7. Data Usage and Privacy

• Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
• Users agree to the collection and processing of their data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitations of Liability

• ExpoMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions.

9. Changes to the Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
